What you will do

• Lead product discovery and delivery for EU-based supply chain and logistics clients.
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with European regulatory and operational requirements.
• Align product features with EU compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, customs regulations, sustainability initiatives).
• Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure product integrity and successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring solutions enhance operational efficiency and transparency in supply chain processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software environments.
• Experience working with European supply chain systems and understanding of EU regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise and supply chain platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance product management workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in distributed environments.

• Familiarity with EU customs regulations and cross-border logistics processes.
