What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Establish strong governance frameworks for compensation, benefits, job architecture, and incentive plans across 90+ countries.
- Lead global job architecture, grading frameworks, and processes for job evaluation and internal benchmarking.
- Coordinate annual global compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Review and improve incentive plans, ensuring competitiveness and performance alignment.
- Drive major Total Rewards transformation initiatives, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead strategic oversight of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) supporting Total Rewards.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, ideally in global or multi-regional organisations.
- Extensive experience across compensation strategy, grading, executive, broad-based compensation, incentives, and benefits.
- Proven track record in global reward harmonization and transformation.
- Strong understanding of compensation practices across APAC, EEMEA, Europe, Americas, and emerging markets.
- Experience supporting professional services, audit, certification, or technical industries.
- Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.
