What you will do

• Develop and evolve global compensation strategies and structures.
• Lead the annual remuneration cycle and implement digital tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Compensation).
• Conduct market benchmarks and provide strategic recommendations for compensation.
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency 2026 requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance on personnel cost budgeting and salary planning.
• Lead and develop a team of three Total Rewards professionals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in compensation & benefits within international matrix organizations.
• Proven success in leading global C&B initiatives and transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• English: C1 (fluent) required; German is a strong plus.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP SuccessFactors.
