What you will do

• Design and evolve job architectures.
• Apply job evaluation and grading frameworks.
• Define what good looks like in roles by connecting success profiles and skill, competency models to roles.
• Enable agile organisations that optimise strategy and cost, transparent and fair pay, effective recruitment and selection, and clear career structures and development pathways.
• Play a key role in project delivery and solution design.
• Work closely with clients and senior leaders to turn insight into practical outcomes.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of, or strong potential to develop expertise in, organisational infrastructure and its link to skills, reward and the wider HR portfolio.
• Ability to work across disciplines and translate complexity into practical, scalable solutions.
• Reputation as a flexible collaborator with good judgement.
• Fluent Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish), and comfort working with Norwegian clients.
• Preferably a relevant master’s degree (e.g. business, engineering, HR or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
