What you will do

• Lead the Data Operations and Technology Team, driving engagement results and managing client relationships within the Women and Infant service line.
• Execute, direct, and oversee data analyses, interpretations, and conclusions for performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and profitability, ensuring quality assurance on deliverables.
• Guide teams in developing presentations and solutions that communicate strategy and outcomes to clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring appropriate datasets are accessible and utilized.
• Participate in sales and business development activities, identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 7+ years of applicable experience (10+ preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree required (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL querying, Tableau, and/or Power BI for data extraction and insight presentation.
• Strong data and analytic skills for interpreting trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decision-decision making.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) data (e.g., Epic, Cerner) or Hospital Billing Systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
