What you will do
- Provide online client support via email and chat (no calls)
- Process incoming requests and analyze support issues
- Identify root causes and find refined solutions for routine and complex tasks
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Prepare reports as needed
Requirements
- Experience in support from 1 year
- Middle level
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience with VPN setup and information security
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Multitasking, punctuality, stress resistance, attention to detail, analytical thinking
- Good computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills and desire to help people
