• Support clients online via email and chat (no calls).
• Process incoming requests.
• Analyze the reason for the request and provide technical support.
• Identify cause-and-effect relationships and find subtle solutions in both routine work and complex tasks.
• Effectively interact with clients and the internal team.
• Prepare reports as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in support from 1 year.
• Punctuality, stress resistance.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Attention to detail, independence in searching for information, analytical thinking, desire to find ways to optimize processes.
• Proficient computer skills, MS Office.
• Communication skills and a desire to help people.
