TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, requiring 3 days from the office in Poland (Warsaw, Gdańsk/Gdynia, Łódź).

What you will do

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to banking and payment systems.
• Design and execute manual test cases for end-to-end payment flows, including SWIFT message validation.
• Perform regression, integration, and system testing across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
• Validate data integrity and transaction accuracy, ensuring alignment with banking standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the banking domain.
• Solid understanding of payment systems, SWIFT messaging, and transaction processing.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 20022, AML, KYC).

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 20022 or MT/MX SWIFT formats.
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
