What you will do

• Actively contribute to building and evaluating an AI-based Anomaly Detection prototype for Cybersecurity.
• Sample runtime and system information from development boards using a tracing probe.
• Prepare and structure collected data for further processing and analysis.
• Work on the data pipeline for model training, and train and evaluate anomaly detection models.
• Analyze model performance and iterate on improvements.
• Benchmark the developed solution against existing approaches and document results.

Requirements

• Must be a motivated student with an interest in machine learning, security, and hardware-oriented systems.
• Currently pursuing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Security, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment and interested in working with hardware and development boards.
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Availability: Full-time for 2–3 months between June and September 2026.
