Location: Hybrid in Poznań or Nowy Tomyśl, Poland.

Salary: 17.500 - 19.800 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Own and evolve test strategies, frameworks, and quality standards for cloud-based healthcare software.
• Drive the integration of AI and automation into testing workflows to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Serve as a quality advocate in architecture decisions, risk assessments, and release planning.
• Lead, coach, and grow QA/Test engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and development plans.
• Own and optimize test processes, including automation, manual testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and quality gates to enable frequent, reliable deployments.

Requirements

• English: Fluently required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in software testing (manual and automated), ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong background in cloud-based SaaS testing (performance, smoke, canary, A/B releases, scalability).
• Familiarity with modern test tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Playwright, GoLang test runner, SonarQube, Postman).
• Solid understanding of agile and DevSecOps practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with relevant regulations in the healthcare industry (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, MDR, FHIR).
• German language skills.
