Salesforce QA Lead (Fintech): Driving quality assurance across Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions with an accent on hands-on testing expertise and leadership in automation. What you will do

  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Test integrations with third-party systems and APIs
  • Lead and implement test automation (open-source or scriptless frameworks)
  • Document system functionality and testing processes
  • Track and manage defects using tools like Jira

Requirements

  • 7+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce QA
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features (custom objects, Flows, Lightning components, etc.)
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing
  • Hands-on experience with testing and defect-tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
