QA Engineer

What you will do

• Test one or several hirify.global products.
• Participate in product creation and development across all lifecycle stages.
• Analyze software requirements.
• Plan and create product test strategies.
• Communicate with other product development participants.
• Evaluate test results and maintain the defects database.

Requirements

• Technical education or passion for technology.
• 3+ years of software testing experience.
• Deep understanding of software development principles and the QA role.
• Experience developing test strategies, analyzing test progress, and optimizing testing processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux or Unix operating systems.
• Experience in network technologies and systems (DNS, DHCP, basic network settings).
• English proficiency for daily communication within international teams.
• Must be located in Poland for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database.
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience in test automation.
• Experience managing and developing a QA team.
