Data & AI Specialist

What you will do

• Configure new customer accounts and map initial datasets.
• Monitor data delivery queues, account health, and dataset health.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve inbound support tickets, escalating issues when needed.
• Support wealth analytics reports and match analysis workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to report bugs, gather user feedback, and suggest product improvements.
• Maintain account and support records in Zendesk and Salesforce and follow up on open issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, data or marketing analysis, or a CRM-adjacent role, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Comfort working with CSV files, CRM data models, spreadsheets, and database platforms; SQL or deep technical expertise is not required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, issue-resolution, attention-to-detail, and prioritization skills.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
