What you will do

• Coordinate shift priorities and manage team escalations for effective resolution.
• Analyze payment data and transaction patterns to identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities.
• Monitor real-time payment transactions to detect and investigate suspicious transactions.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, payment processors, and financial institutions to enhance payment security.
• Prepare and present reports on fraud trends and mitigation efforts to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, or payments security.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, transaction lifecycles, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies within large datasets.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Chargeback experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in gaming/casino or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• Knowledge of industry-standard fraud prevention tools and techniques.
