Principal Solutions Consultant - Alm (Software)

Principal Solutions Consultant - ALM (Software): Serving as the lead technical presales expert in North America for ALM, supporting hirify.global's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & Product Line Engineering (PLE) solutions. Focus on ensuring seamless customer experience across enterprise clients, mainly in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.

Location: Must be based in the USA

Salary: $95,075 - $180,000

What you will do

• Develop & present technical presentations and customized demonstrations of hirify.global Codebeamer and Pure Variants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product Management, R&D, and Support to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Plan, manage, and deliver POC’s (proof of concepts) and technical workshops based on customer and partner-related business needs.
• Act as a technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers, and R&D.
• Develop technical responses for customer requests for information (RFI, RFP, etc.).

Requirements

• 5+ years in presales, professional services, or solution delivery within enterprise software.
• 3+ years in a senior engineering / consultant role with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Proven success in supporting / building / operating implementations in regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with systems engineering, variant management, and compliance-driven development.
• Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device software environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps toolchains.
• Strong skills in at least one programming language: Java (J2EE), C++, Javascript, Python etc.
• Experience with relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in integrating tools using Rest API’s
