What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process of creating new suppliers and customers.
• Verify compliance with guidelines, including financial information, reputation, and international sanctions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, handling tasks across the Nordics.
• Play a role in shaping how AI is used to streamline work and future-proof processes.
• Identify new opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure correct masterdata, which is fundamental to derived organizational processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience with masterdata input or procurement processes.
• Familiarity with credit checks and financial due diligence.
• Experience with process optimization and enthusiasm for using AI in processes.
• Strong attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Desire and interest in ensuring correct masterdata.
• Proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Marathon).
• Experience working across borders and with multiple different organizations.
