What you will do

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data across HRIS and payroll systems (Lessor, Mobility, Time & Attendance).
• Reconcile payroll data to guarantee precise calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and deliver seamless payroll experiences.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes, embracing digital solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all payroll-related systems and integrations, supporting audits, year-end reporting, and employee inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency with payroll systems, especially Lessor.
• Deep understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and reporting requirements.
• A passion for technology and process automation, with a track record of driving improvements.
• Impeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Danish and English.
