What you will do

• Review and evaluate incoming credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify recurring issues, system bugs, and customer pain points, providing structured feedback.
• Suggest improvements to workflows, rules, and system logic to enhance conversion and quality.
• Collaborate with Credit, Product, and Communications teams to improve the application journey.

Requirements

• Native-level German and fluent English proficiency required.
• 1–2 years of experience in fintech operations, underwriting support, KYC/KYB, or similar roles.
• High system literacy and comfort learning complex internal tools quickly.
• Strong pattern recognition, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to differentiate between user error, data inconsistency, and system faults.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit products, consumer lending, or financial regulations.
• Exposure to QA workflows, bug reporting, or user journey testing.
• Knowledge of basic metrics like approval rate or drop-off points.
• Knowledge in one of hirify.global's other core market languages.
