What you will do
- Proactively maintain and update the pipeline of potential digital healthcare opportunities.
- Leverage hirify.global’s existing digital healthcare solutions in ongoing and new deals to position hirify.global as the preferred provider in the Egyptian market.
- Lead negotiations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to finalize contractual agreements.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and recommend enhancements to the digital healthcare portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ direct experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or healthcare information technology (HCIT) solutions.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales or business development roles, preferably within digital healthcare or software solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- General understanding of IT concepts (such as connectivity and hosting); awareness of software sales processes is an advantage.
- A healthcare degree is highly recommended.
- Clinical or IT background is preferred.
