What you will do

• Build and manage a B2B partnership pipeline, identifying and reaching out to payroll platforms, freelancer marketplaces, and Egyptian networks.
• Close strategic partnerships, managing the full lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and performance tracking.
• Drive monthly user activations, establishing predictable acquisition channels that reduce CAC and scale Egyptian monthly active users.
• Develop a community framework, building engagement systems that generate consistent organic referrals.
• Track performance and optimise, reporting on partnership outcomes, activation rates, and channel attribution to refine strategy.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with the product team on Egypt-specific feature requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or community management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort operating independently in a fast-scaling environment.
• Understanding of Egypt’s freelancer ecosystem and payroll landscape is a strong plus.
