TL;DR

Corporate Development Director: Supporting the evaluation and execution of corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with an accent on financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution. Focus on identifying potential targets, leading cross-functional teams, and preparing materials for senior management.

Location: New York, NY, United States. Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site.

Salary: $202,500–$275,000 per year

What you will do

  • Support M&A execution in line with hirify.global’s US strategy.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate acquisition targets.
  • Manage the transaction due diligence process, leading large multi-functional internal and external teams.
  • Lead the development of financial models and other relevant analytics.
  • Prepare transaction review and approval materials for Senior Management and the Partnership Board.
  • Support the transaction execution process, including completion of deal documentation and post-acquisition/merger integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking or related roles.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to deliver under pressure against tight deadlines.
  • Extremely strong financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to lead a team of experienced internal subject matter experts and external advisors.

Nice to have

  • MBA/MSF/CFA preferred.
