What you will do

• Manage a team of social media and regional creative managers across France, Italy, and Spain.
• Define local tone of voice and editorial strategy for hirify.global's social channels (FB, IG, X, TikTok) and various game channels.
• Develop strategies and tactics to promote game pulse points on social media (launches, seasons, updates).
• Monitor content performance using quantitative KPIs and qualitative overviews, providing feedback and optimizing local strategy.
• Manage external agencies, freelancer networks, and local social media budgets.
• Act as the primary operational contact for 1st party partnerships and local strategic social media collaborations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management of operational and creative talents.
• Strong expertise in social media and digital marketing, with knowledge of overall marketing and social trends.
• Ability to handle quantitative reporting based on KPIs and balance with qualitative insights.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills in an international environment.
• Capacity to represent hirify.global professionally with external partners and negotiate/collaborate effectively.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.
