What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize daily social media content (threads, videos, posts).
• Contribute to and execute Mistral’s social media strategy in EMEA, showcasing solutions and corporate news.
• Engage with customers and opinion leaders (AI experts, influencers) to co-create content and expand reach.
• Track performance, base decisions on data, and tie social metrics to pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Research, Engineering, GTM, HR) for cross-functional coordination.
• Co-build global content frameworks and storytelling approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in social media and digital content, preferably in B2B tech/AI with proven business impact.
• Full-funnel mindset with ability to tie social metrics to pipeline.
• AI/tech fluency to simplify complex topics (LLMs, open-source models) for diverse audiences.
• Strong storytelling and sharp writing skills to create high-performing narratives.
• Experience in managing relationships with influencers (brief, contract, KPIs).
• Experience in managing a budget.
