What you will do

• Define and shape developer products and experiences with a clear point of view.
• Design systematically, advancing the design system, information architecture, and AI-ready UX patterns.
• Explore new styles, set trends, and push design boundaries, especially in AI and LLMs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, AI/ML, and engineering teams.
• Create interactive prototypes and ensure robust implementation and quality assurance.
• Deliver high-quality, accessible visual and interaction designs aligned with hirify.global's brand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product or service design (or equivalent with relevant degree).
• Experience designing complex, multi-workflow SaaS products.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-craft, hands-on experience designing dev tools or SaaS products and interactions, especially if it includes AI-driven products.
• Experience designing for Large Language Models and AI.
• Experience contributing to or using an established design system.

Nice to have

• Experience with WCAG compliance and/or implementing accessibility best practices.
• Experience using open source design systems.
