What you will do
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
- Act as the client's technical representative and stakeholder for product requests.
- Assist clients with technical requests, perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue iteration.
- Prioritize and manage client requests and issues, escalating unsolved cases as needed.
- Consult clients on product usage and proactively monitor their system metrics.
- Iterate on client ideas to tailor the product to their needs.
Requirements
- English: B2 or higher required.
- Russian: C1 or higher required.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience in business analysis and product management processes.
- Previous experience in large-scale software development environments and customer-facing roles.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, ELK (Kibana), and JIRA.
- Proficiency in analyzing datasets and understanding GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Good command of HTML and CSS.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks like SCRUM and iterative delivery.
- Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), multi-tenant architecture, proxying, and network concepts.
- Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, particularly React, SSR, and SEO principles.
