Technical Account Manager

TL;DR

Technical Account Manager: Responsible for planning, architecture, coordination, and management of professional services engagements with an accent on data protection and monitoring availability solutions. Focus on architecting and project management of complex data management, business continuity, and cloud solutions.

Location: Must be based in Italy, with a combination of remote work from home and face-to-face customer visits in Rome. Overnight business stays are required.

What you will do

• Provide input to proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support delivery implementation and consulting services for hirify.global Software solutions.
• Provide overall project guidance including plans, schedules, and resource management.
• Assist with assessment, design, and post-installation support of solutions.
• Create white papers, solutions guides, custom documentation, and deliver onsite knowledge transfer.
• Analyze installed environments, guide optimal configurations, and facilitate client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent experience is required.
• Business proficient in Italian and English is required.
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience (Prince 2, ITIL, PMP or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global’s Core products, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking protocols.
• Significant experience with data management, data protection, data analytics, business continuity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts.
