TL;DR

Integration Manager (iGaming): Delivering end-to-end client integrations and software solutions within the iGaming and sports betting space with an accent on full ownership from project initiation through go-live. Focus on managing multiple concurrent integrations, ensuring delivery quality, and coordinating third-party vendors.

Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work schedule available)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients during the integration lifecycle.
  • Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Manage multiple concurrent integrations and delivery streams across distributed teams.
  • Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in collaboration with internal business units.
  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, proposing practical and creative solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and external delivery partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex software or iGaming integrations on time and within budget.
  • Strong hands-on experience applying lean-agile delivery approaches in software development.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client-facing B2B environment.
  • Experience working with globally distributed engineering and delivery teams.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external technical partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
