What you will do

• Drive adoption and revenue growth for hirify.global’s core commercial offerings towards $1B ARR.
• Develop clear, compelling technical messaging and positioning for the hirify.global Platform.
• Create high-impact content including ebooks, solution briefs, reference architectures, and blog posts.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
• Build technical sales enablement materials, training, and competitive positioning for sales teams.
• Engage with customers and conduct market research to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science or a closely related field, with experience in highly technical roles such as software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical product roles.
• Ability to take ownership, work from first principles, and build structure where none exists.
• Skills in translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories.
• Strong curiosity about how customers build and operate real systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical or product marketing with demonstrated impact on adoption or revenue.
• Developer-facing experience through blogs, talks, documentation, or community forums.
• Experience building or supporting technical demos or proofs of concept.
• Exposure to enterprise customers operating at high scale and complexity.
