What you will do
- Plan, write, and iterate content across multiple channels.
- Develop and optimize content for CRO experiments, including headlines, value propositions, and CTAs.
- Proactively use data, research, and insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to CRO ideation, prioritization, and iteration cycles.
- Partner closely with UX Designers to explore alternative user journeys and provide content inputs.
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders and efficiently communicate the value of content optimization.
Requirements
- English: C2 level required.
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, content, copywriting, or growth-related roles.
- Strong content management skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple content initiatives across different formats.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort working with performance metrics and dashboards.
- End-to-end ownership mentality and proactive collaboration with Product Managers, UX Designers, Web Developers, and Data partners.
Nice to have
- Background in growth marketing, CRO, or experimentation.
- Basic Figma experience.
