What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the crypto wallet and vault across all supported currencies and blockchain networks.
• Drive deposit and withdrawal experience excellence—from user-facing flows to backend integrations and operational systems.
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations to build scalable, reliable, and secure wallet systems supporting millions of transactions.
• Build intuitive, transparent wallet UX that makes complex crypto operations simple and trustworthy for users.
• Communicate wallet strategy, performance, and roadmap clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency products.
• Solid understanding of how cryptocurrency wallets work and the transaction lifecycle across blockchain networks.
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling high-volume transaction systems that handle money movement.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-scale consumer crypto platforms, exchanges, or wallet providers.
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers and on-chain analysis tools.
• Understanding of crypto economics, transaction fees, liquidity management, and cost optimisation strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks applied to financial product flows.
