What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing channels.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and collaborate with sales for conversion.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone of voice.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) to measure campaign effectiveness.
