What you will do

  • Design and execute partner marketing acquisition strategies to support regional business and revenue objectives.
  • Build and deliver end-to-end co-marketing plans with key partners, driving online and offline demand generation.
  • Plan and execute Go-To-Market strategies with partners across Poland, aligning with regional priorities and sales goals.
  • Identify, shape, and roll out high-impact initiatives to expand reach and pipeline via partnerships, events, and content.
  • Create and deliver compelling marketing materials, playbooks, and ongoing support to enable partner success.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize initiatives, and track success through key metrics like leads, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Expert in Polish and English.
  • Experience in B2B Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Experience with partner or co-marketing initiatives (content, events, GTM, demand generation).
  • Understanding of how marketing supports sales and revenue.
  • Strong collaboration skills for internal and external teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, testing, iterating, and learning from results.
