What you will do

• Support software delivery processes and gather requirements, ensuring smooth coordination with local and international teams.
• Define, implement, evaluate, deploy, and enhance data from existing integrations to provide visual status updates.
• Own key KPI tracking and translate project management updates into presentations for C-level and upper management.
• Contribute to fostering innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve products and processes.
• Act as a point of contact for partner networks and OEM partners, supporting solution adaptation and integration.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a university and able to contribute 20 hours per week.
• Studying a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience refining ambiguous requirements and navigating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with large data sets and create clear visualisations for reports.
• Proficiency with Google Office Suite and abstracting complex information for leadership decisions.
• Agile and result-oriented mindset, considering yourself a team player.
• English and German: C1 / C2 level.

Nice to have

• Knowledge around Energy markets, products, or ecosystems.
• Knowledge of BigQuery, Looker, Grafana, and Notion.
• Experience and interest in the climate tech industry.
• Experience working closely with business and/or technical stakeholders in product development processes.
