What you will do

• Manage daily content on the Global DAM, including assigning metadata and keywords, uploading content, and file management.
• Handle file conversion and delivery to downstream systems.
• Manage uploading, archiving, and retrieval of assets on the DAM.
• Register and train internal/external users on the DAM system and manage permissions.
• Maintain user guides and best practices for global and regional marketing teams.
• Stay updated on the latest Digital Asset Management technologies and assist with platform updates.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience working directly with digital assets, archiving, and administration.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Bridge, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Capable of managing a large number of concurrent, high priority projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills.
