What you will do

• Manage EU content on multiple platforms, overseeing asset workflows and metadata standards.
• Generate usage reports and help create/maintain user guides and best practices.
• Register and train internal and external users on digital asset tools.
• Manage the delivery of content to downstream systems for wholesale and marketing teams.
• Liaise with global studios regarding file deliveries, naming conventions, and specifications.
• Manage the EU instance of Creative Force studio platforms and an Asset Coordinator.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience working directly with digital content management systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, capable of managing concurrent, high-priority projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and proactive approach, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Must be based onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in a product-based volume business.
• A degree in Library Science.
• A working knowledge of copyright and intellectual property laws.
