Social Media Content Creator (Video/AI): Creating and executing social media content strategy for Instagram & TikTok with an accent on AI innovation, product features, and short-form video storytelling. Focus on turning analytics into action, end-to-end content production, and on-camera presence for brand channels.

Location: Hybrid in London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona. Requires 3 days a week in the office for the first 6 months, then 1 day a week.

What you will do

• Lead a performance-driven social strategy for Instagram & TikTok, translating analytics into action.
• Turn hirify.global’s AI and video features into product-led, scroll-stopping content.
• Concept, script, film, edit, and publish video content, primarily for TikTok and Instagram.
• Serve as an on-screen presence for hirify.global's brand channels.
• Build and execute multi-platform campaigns, tailoring content for each channel.
• Stay updated on cultural shifts and AI innovation, spotting and scaling trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for social channels through AI and/or product-led storytelling and marketing.
• Deep understanding of crafting high-performing short-form video (hooks, pacing, storytelling).
• Comfortable on camera, behind the lens, and in the edit suite.
• Experience designing repeatable content series and multi-channel strategy.
• Analytical and evidence-led approach to testing, learning, and adapting.
• Ability to brief and collaborate with creative, paid, and influencer teams.
• Experience setting up workflows for scaling social output.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, or AI/tech brands.
• Understanding of community engagement for channel impact.
