What you will do

• Shape vegetation vision collaborating with Art Directors and Leads to bring worlds to life.
• Create benchmark vegetation assets from hero trees to ground cover, setting quality standards.
• Collaborate with Environment Artists and Level Designers for gameplay, composition, and biome integration.
• Evolve vegetation pipelines, workflows, and best practices.
• Balance beauty and performance with Technical Art across platforms.
• Support planning, prioritization, mentorship, and feedback for team and partners.
• Explore new techniques and tools to advance vegetation craft.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience creating high-quality environment or vegetation art for shipped AAA titles
• Portfolio showing exceptional visual quality and technical execution in real-time environments
• Deep knowledge of vegetation workflows: modelling, texturing, shaders, wind, LODs
• Tools: Maya, SpeedTree, Houdini, Substance, photogrammetry pipelines
• Solid understanding of optimisation and large-scale world building
• Collaborative mindset, enjoys sharing knowledge and raising team standards
