What you will do

• Own the delivery of high-quality and consistent art across multiple concurrent games, adhering to timelines.
• Line manage a team of artists, providing clear goals, feedback, and development support.
• Contribute hands-on to game production at a Senior Technical Artist level.
• Plan and coordinate art workload, balancing throughput, quality, and delivery risk.
• Execute and embed improvement initiatives and workflows within the team.
• Collaborate with Producers, Game Designers, Developers, and QA for smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience at Senior Technical Artist level within game development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end game development pipelines and art production workflows.
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with people management and delivery ownership.
• Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.

Nice to have

• Previous experience line managing or formally supporting other artists.
• Experience implementing process or quality improvements.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in high-volume content environments.
• Passion for games and an understanding of player-focused visual quality.
