Location: This is an onsite role based in Oxford, UK. Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship cannot be provided.

What you will do

• Create and iterate concept artwork under guidance from concept leads.
• Develop an understanding of best practices, production pipelines, and workflows.
• Reference game design documents to understand project requirements.
• Track and update daily tasks using JIRA.
• Collaborate with the project team on task direction and work quality.
• Implement feedback from art leads and senior concept artists.

Requirements

• You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
• Completing a university placement year, or are a career switcher or aspiring concept artist with minimal game development industry experience.
• A concept art portfolio containing personal or educational projects.
• A self-learner with a passion for game development and concept art.
• Willingness to incorporate modern concept pipelines (e.g., 3D elements, photo-bashing).
• Developing knowledge of narrative and visual storytelling.
