Procore is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join their FSO team, supporting sales efficiency and deal consistency.

What you will do

• Serve as subject matter expert on quote/order creation, invoicing, special pricing, QTC operations, and commercial terms.
• Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and Legal on commercial contracting concerns and non-standard deal structures.
• Ensure adherence to quote-to-contract processes, escalating new use-cases and proposing solutions.
• Craft and coordinate proposals between Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Maintain scalable operations and feedback loops to increase contract velocity and efficiency.
• Exercise in-depth understanding of subscription models and service/product offerings for recommended contract structures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk function with a global sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Extensive experience driving non-standard contracts to closure.
• Robust understanding and experience with CPQ (configure, price, quote) tools and quote-to-cash process knowledge.
• Proven track record in owning and running complex deals end-to-end.
• Experience using Salesforce, Zuora, Ironclad, or comparable CPQ tools is required.
