Location: This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Guide the building and improving of customer-facing support products and services end-to-end.
• Advocate for disciplined software engineering practices like automated testing, code reviews, and software design.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of experienced individual contributors.
• Assume an active role in the career development of direct reports through regular 1:1s and coaching.
• Collaborate with strong cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Data, and Customer Operations.
• Work with team members to plan, champion, and implement an impactful product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience shipping web applications across large codebases.
• 2+ years of experience managing a Product engineering team of four or more engineers.
• Ability to break down technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through documents and presentations.
• Strong technical foundations to navigate inherent tradeoffs in product engineering decisions.
• Prioritizes an inclusive culture of psychological safety and technical rigor.
• Ability to work from the Dublin office 3 days per week is required.
