What you will do

  • Administer the company's equity program using Shareworks, including option grants, exercises, and terminations.
  • Support Board meeting preparation, including reviewing minutes and unanimous written consents, and maintain corporate records.
  • Manage legal operations tasks such as outbound signature workflows, incoming legal mail, and subpoena intake.
  • Monitor and triage CCPA and privacy alias emails, routing to appropriate teams.
  • Assist with NDA review using established playbooks, escalating as needed.
  • Support special projects, including company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in-house at a technology or financial services company.
  • Hands-on experience with equity administration platforms (Shareworks strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, board processes, and Delaware corporate law.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Comfortable working with attorneys, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with legal technology tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
