What you will do

Provide technical and people leadership for Unity engineering teams, ensuring high delivery standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals.
Build and maintain technical processes and development standards for Unity.
Drive architectural vision and make strategic technical decisions for scalability and maintainability.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and support on complex technical challenges.
Manage priorities, plan tasks, and participate in the full development cycle including new product design and maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in similar mobile gaming positions.
Product management skills and ability to maintain a long-term technical vision.
Ability to articulate risks and set priorities correctly.
Experience designing versioning strategies, managing dependencies, and setting up internal package delivery processes.
Experience with native development for at least one platform (iOS or Android).
Solid understanding of DOD principles, multithreading, and design patterns.
Experience with integrating various SDKs into Unity (e.g., Firebase, Analytics, Ads Networks).
Experience in optimizing games for mobile platforms.
