What you will do

• Provide technical and people leadership for Unity engineering teams, ensuring high delivery standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals.
• Build and maintain technical processes and development standards for Unity.
• Drive architectural vision and make strategic technical decisions for scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and support on complex technical challenges.
• Manage priorities, plan tasks, and participate in the full development cycle including new product design and maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar mobile gaming positions.
• Product management skills and ability to maintain a long-term technical vision.
• Ability to articulate risks and set priorities correctly.
• Experience designing versioning strategies, managing dependencies, and setting up internal package delivery processes.
• Experience with native development for at least one platform (iOS or Android).
• Solid understanding of DOD principles, multithreading, and design patterns.
• Experience with integrating various SDKs into Unity (e.g., Firebase, Analytics, Ads Networks).
• Experience in optimizing games for mobile platforms.
