What you will do

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for payment applications and services.
• Validate end-to-end transaction flows, including payments, refunds, settlements, and API responses.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and Python, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and support production incident analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure requirements are testable and clear.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience in software or fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the QA lifecycle.
• Experience testing payment systems, APIs, or financial transaction platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing, with Playwright and Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Solid knowledge of API testing tools, including Postman and REST clients, and basic SQL or database validation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or fintech environment.
• Knowledge of payment protocols, gateways, or compliance standards.
• Exposure to performance or load testing tools.
