What you will do

• Lead day-to-day dealing and trading operations across FX and multi-asset CFDs, ensuring accurate trade lifecycle controls and stable execution.
• Own FIX connectivity and institutional execution workflows, including sessions, symbology, and order types.
• Design and operate multiple pricing streams for different client segments and flow profiles.
• Build and govern the pricing framework, including aggregation logic, executable book depth, and dynamic spread controls.
• Implement toxic-flow controls and flow monetization levers like segmentation, routing rules, and risk-based pricing adjustments.
• Develop real-time risk monitoring and escalation protocols, owning hedging/routing strategy oversight and PnL attribution.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in FX/CFD dealing, trading operations, liquidity/risk, or institutional execution roles.
• Strong FIX expertise, with proven experience in implementing and operating FIX-based price and execution distribution.
• Understanding of institutional / HFT-adjacent flow and best practices for safeguarding execution quality and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage liquidity/pricing streams, including aggregation and quote quality controls.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution risk.
• Strong command of risk controls and margin methodologies for leveraged products, with ability to make real-time decisions under pressure.
• Experience leading teams and operating in regulated environments with audit-ready processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technology, compliance, and senior leadership.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing/risk automation (rule engines, real-time analytics, anomaly detection, AI-assisted monitoring).
• Familiarity with bridges/aggregation stacks and multi-venue connectivity patterns.
• Cross-border regulatory exposure (EU/UK concepts plus offshore frameworks) and comfort operating with multi-entity structures.
