Location: Primarily onsite/hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus, with a possibility of 30 days per year to work remotely from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

• Monitor internal order executions for accuracy, timely confirmations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and analyze trading activity across diverse asset classes, including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and forex.
• Perform continuous Best Execution monitoring and generate reports for internal committees.
• Develop and produce effective KPIs to evaluate and track trading data and performance.
• Manage corporate events processing and ensure proper implementation of corporate actions in trading systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve and streamline procedures, systems, and tools using AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Dealing, Trading Operations or a similar role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset trading (Stocks, CFD, KO) and knowledge of ESMA regulatory frameworks.
• Experience monitoring order execution, trade lifecycle processes, Best Execution, MAR and corporate actions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and produce KPIs and management reports.
• Advanced Excel required; SQL/Python is a plus.
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
