Location: 100% remote role based in one of our established hubs in Europe

hirify.global is a unique marketplace for buying and selling special objects, auctioning over 110,000 unique items weekly.

What you will do

• Curate, review, and validate submitted lots to ensure authenticity, quality, and commercial viability.
• Build and optimise weekly auctions aligned with release cycles and market trends.
• Apply data insights to improve pricing, lot selection, conversion, and overall sales performance.
• Identify growth opportunities, supply gaps, and emerging trends to shape the category roadmap.
• Expand and activate a network of mints, distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectors.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard high-potential sellers and support trend-driven campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in bullion, contemporary minting, and modern collectibles, including release calendars and grading trends.
• Proven commercial experience buying and selling bullion, ideally within wholesale or retail environments.
• Entrepreneurial and trading mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and act quickly.
• Active network including mints, authorised distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectors.
• Analytical skills and confidence using data to price lots, identify trends, and optimise performance.
• Digital fluency and experience working within online marketplace environments.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills, with professionalism in stakeholder management.
