TL;DR

Technical Consultant (Windows & Azure): Architecting, deploying, and managing robust Azure environments and Windows Server infrastructure with an accent on cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and end-to-end automation. Focus on implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), Python automation with TDD, and optimizing CI/CD workflows for hybrid cloud scenarios.

hirify.global is seeking a highly experienced Windows & Azure Cloud Engineer for their Digital Solutions Group focusing on Platform Engineering.

What you will do

Architect, deploy, and manage robust Azure environments across networking, compute, containers, and platform services.
Administer and support Windows Server environments (2008-2022) in hybrid and cloud-integrated scenarios, including Active Directory and DNS.
Develop scalable, testable Python scripts for cloud automation and integrations using PyTest.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible, building reusable, parameterized modules.
Lead Zerto-based migration and disaster recovery implementations between on-premises and Azure.
Integrate IaC and automation into Git-based CI/CD pipelines to promote velocity, compliance, and observability.

Requirements

Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Proficiency in Python with real-world experience in test-driven development using PyTest.
Strong experience with Zerto for cloud migration, backup, and DR orchestration.
Infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
Solid understanding of Git, version control workflows, and DevOps tooling.
O/S knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Active Directory & DNS administration in enterprise environments.
PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Nice to have

Microsoft Windows Server certifications (MCSA/MCSE).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise IT operations.
