Location: Can choose to work from Warsaw, Cracow, or Wroclaw office or fully remote.

Salary: 18 000 – 24 750 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate collaboration with external development partners across art, animation, design, programming, QA, and audio.
• Define outsourcing strategies aligned with project goals and production plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external studios, ensuring mutual understanding of goals, deliverables, and production standards.
• Supervise the quality of outsourced work, including milestone reviews, feedback loops, and approvals.
• Support contract management and resource forecasting in cooperation with production and business teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective tools, systems, workflows, and operational policies that enhance daily collaboration between internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in game development, including at least 2 years in production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership.
• Background in vendor management or business aspects of outsourcing.
• Solid understanding of production pipelines for at least one of the following: art, design, or programming.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple external partners simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience working with production tools such as Jira, Miro or equivalent.
