What you will do

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
• Define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and track progress
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage project resources including internal teams and external vendors
• Monitor and report on project performance and ensure quality deliverables

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work remotely within Poland
• Extensive IT project management experience with complex projects
• Strong knowledge of web development processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Fluency in English
• Experience with project management tools, budget tracking, and resource utilization
