Salary: 9 500 – 15 345 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end study logistics, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and communication.
- Support the planning and execution of research sessions and playtests to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain UX Research Lab and tools, ensuring reliability and readiness for use.
- Develop and improve research operations processes, pipelines, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to privacy, security, and compliance standards for research operations.
- Manage internal ResearchOps projects like external communication initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in research operations or project management.
- Hands-on experience managing projects and improving processes/workflows.
- Ability to identify risks, set priorities, and deliver work efficiently.
- Good familiarity with and understanding of the gaming industry.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical awareness for troubleshooting basic issues.
- Very good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with UX Research or Games UX Research methods.
- Experience with physical UX Research Labs in confidential environments.
- Experience in communication management or PR.
- Familiarity with UX Research and development tools (OBS, Qualtrics, Confluence, Jira, version control).
- Good Polish proficiency.
